Refunds/Cancellations

Cancellation and Returns Policy

 Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India):

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on info@jyotiumbrellas.com or call us on
+91 22 22084609. (Monday to Saturday between 11:00 am to 7:00 pm)

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

 Cancellation post shipment and receipt of order (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India):

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped and received by you since you did not like the product, you will be charged 30% cancellation charges. You can still return the product and email us the details on info@jyotiumbrellas.com and share RTGS details along with reasons for return.

  • Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition of product, we will refund your money within 3-5 working days. In case, the product received is damaged/ tampered or without its original packaging and invoices, the refund cannot be processed.

 

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

 How do I return an item purchased?

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (info@jyotiumbrellas.com) within 5 business days of receiving the order.
  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order along with the reason for returns. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference. Please note, we levy a 30% cancellation fee for product returns which do not have any manufacturing defects or are not wrong orders delivered.
  • Step 3: Courier the Product to Jyoti Umbrellas, 12, IshwarKrupa, VankaMohalla, Kolbhat Lane, Kalbadevi, Mumbai – 400002. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

 

Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without Invoice, original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, or if original packaging is damaged
  • Price Tags, Labels are tampered with.
  • Product is used or altered
  • If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
  • Free product provided by brand
  • Product not purchased from the website www.eseriesumbrella.com
